Cold Weather Response for Water Service Interruptions and Low Water Pressure

The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management has NOT issued a boil water advisory in response to recent inclement weather-related water interruptions.

Our system pressures are within operating standards at both of our treatment plants and pumping stations. We have not seen any issues or failures that would necessitate issuing a boil water advisory at this time.

The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management has found no issues with the transmission mains within the Atlanta service area to include the South Fulton area. We are currently addressing confirmed breaks within our water system. We are encouraging our wholesale customers within the South Fulton area to address their service areas as well. Additionally, we have no confirmed issues with our transmission mains preventing delivery of water to the South Fulton area.

Please call 311 or 404-546-0311 to report an outage if you have a City of Atlanta Watershed account. When calling, please listen carefully and follow the prompts to reach a DWM representative for assistance with water interruptions and low water pressure.
