The Office of Information Technology, headed by Deputy CIO Daphne Rackley, oversees performance management and provides technology services (computer hardware, software, web-based applications) to the Department. Additionally, the program performance has responsibility for implementation of the Department’s geographic information systems (GIS), computer-aided design (CAD) functions, and interacts with the City’s Information Technology group.
