Project Communications
Being a good neighbor matters. The Department of Watershed Management takes its responsibility to infrastructure improvements seriously, but we are equally cognizant of the impacts on noise and traffic that construction projects can cause residents and businesses nearby. Considering this, our community outreach team arm consists of project information officers who host neighborhood open houses in advance of major projects to address any concerns, and we maintain an active notification program across Facebook, Twitter and Nextdoor to ensure the community is aware of advisories that may impact their normal routines.
