Road Closure near 1755 Harper St. NW due to Sewer Main Line Repair Construction

What: Full Road Closure due to sewer main line repair construction.

Where: Roxboro Dr. NE between Woodland Hills Ave NW and Volberg St. NW.

When: Monday, April 17, 2023, lasting approximately four to six weeks, weather permitting. Operational Hours for crew members are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Comments:

Crews will be performing sewer main repair construction. Traffic control measures and signage are in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents, business owners, employees and customers will still have access to their homes and businesses. Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street. Residents and businesses will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Detour:

Motorist traveling west on Harper St. NW will need to turn left on Marvin St. NW heading towards Defoor Ave. NW and make a right, towards Harper St. NW to end detour. Motorist traveling south on Defoor Ave. NW will need to turn left on Marvin St. NW heading towards Harper St. NW and to end detour.
