Road Closure near 1223 Bouldercrest Dr. SE due to Sewer Service Lateral Repair Construction

What: Full Road Closure due to sewer service lateral repair construction.

Where: Bouldercrest Dr. SE between Sargent Ave. SE and Smith St. SE

When: Friday, April 14, 2023, lasting approximately two to four weeks, weather permitting. Operational hours are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Comments:

Traffic control measures and signage are in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents, business owners, employees, and customers will still have access to homes and businesses. Alternative parking is required for vehicles usually parked on the street. Residents and businesses will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Detour:

Motorists traveling south from Sargent Ave. SE will be redirected to head west towards Young St. SE, then turn left on towards Eastland Rd. SE, then turn left towards Bouldercrest Dr. SE to end the detour.

Motorists traveling north from Sargent Ave. SE will be redirected to head west towards Young St. SE, then turn right on towards Smith St. SE, then towards Bouldercrest Dr. SE to end the detour.

Motorists traveling south on Bouldercrest Dr. SE will be redirected to turn left onto Mary Dell Dr. SE towards Fayetteville Rd. SE, then turn right towards Bouldercrest Dr. SE to end the detour.

Motorists traveling north on Bouldercrest Dr. SE will be redirected to turn right onto Fayetteville Rd. SE, towards Mary Dell Dr. SE then turn left towards Bouldercrest Dr. SE to end the detour.
