TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Four Lanes Closed near 3073 Piedmont Rd. NE due to Main Sewer Line Construction
What: Four lanes temporarily closed due to main sewer line construction (point repair)
Where: Near 3073 Piedmont Rd. NE (intersection of Piedmont Rd. NE and East Paces Ferry Rd. NE)
When: Monday, August 29, 2022, lasting approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Extended work hours are Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Comments: Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents residing in and near the work zone will continue to have access to their homes. Businesses near the work zone will continue to have access to their respective businesses. Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street. Residents and businesses will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Upon entering the work zone for any reason, please proceed with caution, and avoid the area if possible.
