Location: 128-206 Ormond St. S.E. between Greenfield St. S.E. & Connally St. S.E.

Dates: Wednesday, December 10, 2025, through March 25, 2026 (reopened December 24, 2025 -January 4, 2026, for the holidays Work will occur Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

Traffic Control: Traffic control measures, including Constructions crews will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents residing in and near the work zone will continue to have access to their homes. 

Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street. Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution, follow posted detours, and avoid the area when possible. The community will still be accessible regarding mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash pick-up. Upon entering the work zone for any reason, please proceed cautiously and avoid the area if possible. 

Detours: Motorists traveling West on Ormond SE turn right on Connally St. SE, turn left on South Ave., left on Martin St. S.E., and right on Ormond St. S.E.
