24-Hour Road Closure near 2334 Adams Dr. NW due to Sewer Realignment and Pump Station Construction

What: 24-hour road closure due to Sewer Realignment and Pump Station Construction

Where: Near 2334 Adams Dr. NW, and between 2334 Adams Dr. NW and Marietta Blvd. NW

When: Monday, February 14, 2022, lasting approximately 10 to 12 weeks, weather permitting. Operational Hours for crew members are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Comments: Crews will be performing sewer realignment and pump station construction.

Traffic control measures and signage are in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents, business owners, employees and customers will still have access to their homes and businesses. Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street. Residents and businesses will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Details: Adams Dr. NW will be closed to through traffic from Marietta Blvd. NW to Rando Ln. NW. Access to Adams Dr. NW between Rando Ln. NW and La Dawn Ln. NW will be routed from Marietta Blvd. NW to Bolton Rd. NW heading Southwest to Marietta Blvd. NW turning left heading Southeast to La Dawn Ln. NW turning left heading East to Adams Dr. NW turning left to end of detour.

Access from Rando Ln. NW and Adams Dr. NW between Rando Ln. NW and La Dawn Ln. NW will be routed to La Dawn Ln. NW turning right heading West to Marietta Rd. NW turning right heading Northwest to Bolton Rd. NW turning right heading Northeast to Marietta Blvd. NW to end of detour.

Access to homes and businesses on Adams Dr. NW between Marietta Blvd. NW and Rando Ln. NW will be either from Marietta Blvd. NW or from the above detour depending on their location and the location of the work in the road.
