Location: 2131 Rando Lane NW to 2224 Rando Lane NW 

Date & Duration: Work will take place starting Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and continue through Friday March 13, 2026, weather permitting. Work hours will are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Details: As part of compliance with a regulatory consent order, emergency sewer repairs will be conducted, existing sewer mains will be removed and replaced to repair defects and increase the sewer system’s capacity. 

Traffic Control: Traffic control measures and signage are in place to safely guide motorists around the work zone. Residents and businesses within the work area will maintain access to homes, mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash collection. 

Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution, follow posted detours, and avoid the area when possible. Alternative parking will be required for vehicles typically parked on the street.
