Traffic headed East on Proctor St. NW will turn left onto Lindsay St. NW and head North to Neal St. NW. Turn right on Neal St. NW headed East to Paines Ave. NW. Turn right on Paines Ave. NW headed South to Proctor St. NW. Turn left on Proctor St. NW to continue traveling east.

Traffic headed West on Proctor St. NW will turn right onto Paines Ave. NW and head North to Neal St. NW. Turn left on Neal St. NW headed West to Lindsay St. NW. Turn left on Lindsay St. NW headed South to Proctor St. NW. Turn right on Proctor St. NW to continue traveling west.

Oliver St. NW will be closed to through traffic between Neal St. NW and Joseph E. Boone Blvd. NW. Residents on Oliver St. NW will enter and exit via Neal St. NW and Joseph E. Boone Blvd. NW, respectively.
