Road Closure near 635 Northfleet Rd. NW due to Sewer Main Line Repair Construction

What: Full Road Closure due to sewer main line repair construction.

Where: Northfleet Rd NW between Northside Dr. NW and Howell Mill Rd NW.

When: Monday, March 20, 2023, lasting approximately two to four weeks, weather permitting. Operational hours are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Comments:

Traffic control measures and signage are in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents, business owners, employees, and customers will still have access to homes and businesses. Alternative parking is required for vehicles usually parked on the street. Residents and businesses will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Detour:

Motorist will not be able to access Howell Mill Rd. NW from Northside Dr. NW via Northfleet Rd. NW.

Motorist traveling south on Northside Dr. NW turn right on McKinley Rd. NW or Collier Rd. NW to access Howell Mill Rd. NW ending the detour.

Motorist traveling north on Northside Dr. NW turn left on Collier Rd. NW to access Howell Mill Rd. NW ending the detour.

Residents on Northfleet Rd. NW must access their homes from Howell Mill Rd.
