What: Temporary 24-hour road closure and night construction due to Sewer Mainline Rehabilitation

Where: 2249 Harry Brooks Dr. NW between La Dawn Ln. NW and Betty Ann Ct. NW

When: Beginning Thursday, March 5, 2026, work is set to begin and is expected to last approximately four to five weeks, weather permitting. Construction hours are 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday – Friday, and Saturday if necessary.

Comments: Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents residing in and near the work zone will continue to have access to their homes. If businesses, schools, and places of worship are near the work zone, they will continue to be accessible. Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street.

The community will still have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash pick-up. Upon entering the work zone for any reason, please proceed with caution, and avoid the area if possible.

Detour: 

Motorists traveling on La Dawn Ln. NW will be directed to Mauldin St. NW and then turn left onto Harry Brooks Dr. NW to enter the community.

Motorists exiting the community will do so from Mauldin St. NW to La Dawn Ln. NW.
