Comments: Crews will replace the existing sanitary main requiring the closure of a portion of Arlington Avenue SW. Work is scheduled for Thursday, May 30, 2019, and will last approximately seven days, weather permitting. Traffic control measures and flaggers will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents who park their vehicles on the street will need to find alternative parking. Residents and businesses will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Detour: Traveling Northbound on Oakland Drive, make a right onto Wilmington Avenue SW, then turn left on Princess to Arlington Avenue and left onto Arlington Avenue SW.

Traveling Southbound on Oakland Drive turn left at Wilmington Avenue SW, then left on Princess Avenue SW; and left onto Arlington Avenue SW.

If you are traveling Northwest on Arlington Avenue make the left at Selwin Avenue, then turn right onto Wilmington Avenue SW; continue onto Oakland Drive SW.
