Comments: Crews will rehabilitate the existing sewer main line which requires the closure of Hosea L Williams between 2nd Avenue and Oakview Road. Work will start Monday, November 18, 2019 and will last approximately three weeks, weather permitting. The road will reopen when construction is complete.

Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents who park their vehicles on the street will need to find alternative parking. Residents will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Detour: 

Traveling westbound on Hosea L. Williams, turn left on 4th Avenue, right on Cottage Grove, then right on Oakview Road to Hosea L. Williams Dr.

Traveling eastbound on Hosea L. Williams, turn right on Oakview, left on Cottage Grove, then left on 4th Avenue to Hosea L. Williams.

Traveling northbound on 1st Avenue, turn right on Cottage Grove, left on 4th Avenue, then left on Northern Street to 1st Avenue.

Traveling southbound on 1st Avenue, turn left on Northern Street, right on 4th Avenue, then right on Cottage Grove to 1st Avenue.
