Comments: Crews will replace the existing sewer line which requires the closure of Cottage Grove Avenue SE between 1st Avenue and Oakview Road SE. Work is currently underway and will last approximately three weeks, weather permitting. The road will reopen when construction is complete.

Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents who park their vehicles on the street will need to find alternative parking. Residents will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Detour: Traveling eastbound on Cottage Grove, turn right on East Lake Terrace, turn left on 1st Avenue to Cottage Grove.

Traveling westbound on Cottage Grove, turn left on 1st Avenue, turn right on Sutton, turn right on East Lake Terrace to Oakview.
