Comments:  Crews will be replacing an existing sewer service at 1337 Lockwood Dr. SW between Avon Ave. SW and Tracy St. SW resulting in a temporary, full road closure to through traffic. This project is scheduled to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Residents that live in the work zone will be allowed to enter the work zone from the Tracy St. SW side of the full road closure and should proceed with caution. Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents who park their vehicles on the street will need to find alternative parking. Residents will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.

Detour: Lockwood Dr. SW will be closed to through traffic between Avon Ave. SW and Tracy St. SW. Traffic traveling East on Avon Ave. SW will be routed to Westmont Rd. SW. Turn right on Westmont Rd. SW heading South towards Tracy St. SW. Turn right on Tracy St. SW heading West towards Lockwood Dr. SW. Turn left onto Lockwood Dr. SW to continue heading South towards Venetian Dr. SW. Traffic heading North on Lockwood Dr. SW will be routed to Tracy St. SW. Turn right onto Tracy St. SW towards Westmont Rd. SW. Turn left onto Westmont Rd. SW towards Avon Ave. SW.
