What: Road closure due to Sewer Mainline Rehabilitation

Where: Between 2334 Adams Dr NW and 2351 Adams Dr NW

When: Monday, October 20th, 2025, lasting approximately six – eight weeks (if necessary), weather permitting. Operational Hours are Monday – Friday (Saturday if necessary & approved) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Comments: Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents residing in and near the work zone will continue to have access to their homes. If businesses, schools, and places of worship are near the work zone, they will continue to be accessible. Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked on the street. The community will still be accessible regarding mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash pick-up. Upon entering the work zone for any reason, please proceed with caution, and avoid the area if possible.

Detour: Northbound Traffic: From Adams Dr NW/La Dawn Lane NW, take a right onto La Dawn Lane NW and head east until reaching intersection of La Dawn Lane NW and Chattahoochee Ave NW. Take a right onto Chattahoochee Ave NW & proceed southeast until reaching intersection of Chattahoochee Ave NW and Marietta Blvd NW. Take a left onto Marietta Blvd NW and proceed Northwest. To reach the topside of Adams Dr NW, take a left onto Adams Dr NW from Marietta Blvd NW.

Southbound Traffic: From Adams Dr NW/Marietta Blvd NW; head south to the intersection of Marietta Blvd NW & Chattahoochee Ave NW. Then take a right on Chattahoochee Ave NW & proceed North. Proceed north until reaching intersection of Chattahoochee Ave NW & La Dawn Lane NW, then take a left onto La Dawn Lane NW. Proceed West down La Dawn Lane NW until reaching the intersection of La Dawn Lane NW and Adams Dr NW, then take a right onto Adams Dr NW.
