Comments: Crews will be working Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to replace existing sewer services on Cascade Ave. SW between Westhaven Dr. SW and Pineview Ter. SW. This will result in a 24-Hour road closure to through traffic. The road closure is expected to last approximately three to four weeks, weather permitting. Traffic control measures, including a detour, will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents who have homes in the work zone may enter from the southside of the road closure for access to their homes. If you park your vehicle(s) on the street, you will need to use your respective driveway or find alternative parking. Detours will be in place to guide motorist around the work zone. Cascade Ave. SW will be closed to through traffic between Westhaven Dr. SW & Pineview Terrace SW.

Detour: Southbound traffic on Cascade Ave. SW will be routed to Beecher St. SW, and turn left heading east. Make an immediate right onto Westmont Rd. SW heading south to Pineview Terrace SW. Turn right heading west to Cascade Ave. SW. Turn left to continue heading southbound on Cascade Ave. SW.

Northbound traffic on Cascade Ave. SW will be routed to Altadena Pl. SW. Turn left to S. Alvarado Terrace SW, and turn right towards Westhaven Dr. SW. Turn right to Cascade Ave., and turn left continuing northbound on Cascade Ave. SW.

Northbound traffic on Westmont Rd. SW from Avon Ave. SW will be routed to Pineview Ter. SW. Turn left heading West towards Cascade Ave. SW. Turn left onto Cascade Ave. SW, then turn right onto Altadena Pl. SW. Head west towards S. Alvarado Terrace. Turn right heading north to Westhaven Dr. SW. Turn right heading east towards Cascade Ave. SW, then turn left to continue going north on Cascade Ave. SW.
