The FLOAT Program is over
• Provides ways to bring customer accounts current, provides resources to customers with financial challenges; and may result in field service requests to correct meter issues and billing errors
• Begins Thursday, July 28, 2022
• Includes account adjustments, interest-free payment plans, and one-time grants and credits
• A comprehensive assistance program for single family residences.
o Account Balance Minimum of $300
o Flexible Payment Plans from 6 to 24 months
o Affordable down payments up to $300
• Increased flexibility for seniors and fixed income populations utilizing
o Care and Conserve Program
o Senior Citizen Discount Program
o Low Income Household Water Assistance Program
