ATLANTA – The Department of Watershed Management crews during the initial investigation of a possible breach on a 48-inch transmission main on Riverside Rd near the Don White Memorial Park have determined that it is necessary for a planned interruption of water service to make the repairs to the 48-inch transmission main.

The interruption of service is planned for tonight, June 18, 2023, at 10:00 p.m.

Residents and businesses in the City of Sandy Springs area may experience low or no water pressure until the source of the issue and repairs are completed.

The boil water advisory is still in effect.
