Doing enough as far as intake.
I’m doing what I need to do to stay healthy ! Constantly drink water all day.
I will drink 8 glass.
I will increase my water intake by drinking four more glasses of water daily.
I will increase my water intake by adding a water app to my phone. The app will reminder me to drink a gallon of water every three hours.
I will increase my water intake by keeping water on me at all times to ensure I am drinking enough water throughout the day.
I will fill my water container daily with my target amount of water based on weight an activity level so that I can consume it daily and stay hydrated.
I plan on setting-up an app that will remind me when to drink a glass of water until I’ve had enough for the day for my size.
Water is always good for the body for good health and glowing skin.
By drinking at least a half-gallon a day . My goal is to reach 1 gallon a day.
I will drink 6 8oz glasses of water per day.
I truly will commit to drinking more water after each meal instead of my sugary choices I automatically choose. 2023 is going to be a “Better Me”.
I will drink 6-10 8oz water with flavor per day.
