Details: As part of the Peachtree Creek Eastside 2A Project, a full road closure is required as crews will remove and replace the existing sanitary sewer main, including a realignment of the sewer line to improve the long-term reliability of the wastewater system. 

Traffic Control: Traffic control measures and signage are in place to safely guide motorists around the work zone. Residents and businesses within the work area will maintain access to homes, mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash collection. 

Motorists are urged to use caution and avoid the area if possible. Please follow all posted traffic control signs and directions from construction personnel. Whenever possible, consider using alternate routes to avoid delays. 

Detours: Vehicles traveling Southbound on Marietta Rd NW will take a left onto 

La Dawn Lane NW at the intersection of La Dawn Lane NW & Marietta St NW. Vehicles will proceed Eastbound on La Dawn Lane NW until reaching 

the intersection of La Dawn Lane NW & Chattahoochee Ave NW. Take a right at Chattahoochee Ave NW proceeding Southeast until intersection of Chattahoochee Ave NW & Marietta Blvd NW is reached. Take a right onto Marietta Blvd NW & proceed South until intersection of Marietta Blvd NW and Carroll Dr NW is reached. Take a right onto Carroll Dr NW & proceed West until intersection of Carroll Dr NW & Marietta Rd NW is reached. Take a right onto Marietta Rd NW & proceed along Marietta Rd NW. 

Vehicles traveling Northbound on Marietta Rd NW will have to detour southbound on Marietta Rd NW until intersection of Marietta Rd NW and Carroll Dr NW. Take a right onto Caroll Dr NW & proceed East until intersection of Caroll Dr NW & Marietta Blvd NW is reached. Take a left & proceed North until intersection of Marietta Blvd NW & La Dawn Lane NW is reached. Take a left onto La Dawn Lane NW & proceed West, leading back to intersection of Marietta Rd NW.
