Location: Near 1644 Techwood Dr. NW between 14th St. NW and 16th St. NW.

Date & Duration: Work is scheduled to begin Monday, November 9, 2026, and continue for approximately one week, if necessary. Crews will operate Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturday hours as needed. All  activities are weather permitting.

Details: Temporary lane closure due to CCTV and cleaning of the stormwater drains.

Traffic Control: Traffic control measures and signage are in place to safely guide motorists around the work zone. Residents will retain access to their properties, and nearby businesses, schools, and places of worship will stay accessible throughout lane closure.

On-street parking within the work area may be temporarily unavailable, so residents should plan alternative parking during active construction. Mail  and package deliveries, trash collection, and emergency services will proceed on schedule.
