What: Emergency lane closures due to a sewer lateral repair 

Where: 678 Moreland Avenue NE between Ponce De Leon Avenue NE and Blue Ridge Avenue NE 

When: Thursday, July 9, 2026, starting at 8 a.m. and continuing until the repair is complete. 

Comments: Crews will perform a sewer lateral repair, resulting in the closure of two middle lanes. 

Traffic control measures and signs are in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents and businesses within the work zone will continue to have access to their homes, mail, and package delivery, emergency services, and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and avoid the area if possible.
