Details: Contractor crews will rehabilitate the damaged roadway and curb along Pine Valley Rd. NW and Argonne Dr. NW, requiring a single lane closure. Work includes removing existing debris and asphalt from the roadway and underlying material, replacing it with cement-stabilized soil, and adding roadway striping. Roadway rehabilitation will reinforce and protect surrounding properties and protect the City’s infrastructure.

Traffic Control: Traffic control measures and signage are in place to safely guide motorists around the work zone. Residents will retain access to their properties, and nearby businesses, schools, and places of worship will stay accessible throughout construction.

On-street parking within the work area may be temporarily unavailable, so residents should plan alternative parking during active construction. Mail and package deliveries, trash collection, and emergency services will proceed on schedule.
