If you are moving or selling your property, you will need to have your service disconnected. Otherwise, you will still be liable for any water use, even if you are no longer living at or using the property. To request service disconnection, use the Disconnect Water/Sewer Service Request form or if you have created an online account, you may disconnect service via the DWM Customer Payment Portal.
